Q. I don’t have a digital picture, does it mean I can’t use your services?
A. Not at all. Just email us on enquiries@pixelle.co.uk and we will be very happy to give you a quote to scan your picture(s).
Q. What if I don’t like what you’ve done?
A. Not a problem. Just contact us on enquiries@pixelle.co.uk and let us know what isn’t right. You won’t have to pay until you’re happy with the picture.
Q. Can I pay by cash or cheque?
A. Unfortunately, we don’t have any facilities to process cheques at the moment and cannot accept cash. Sorry!
Q. How long will it take?
A. From the moment you have accepted our quote, we will endeavour to email a low resolution picture back to you within 3 working days. If you have several pictures it may take a bit longer but we will give you an estimate of the time it will take at the quote stage.
Q. Do you print larger than 8’’ x 10’’?
A. We have the facilities to print up to A3. However, we would need to discuss with you whether the resolution of your print could support being enlarged to such a size. Just email us on enquiries@pixelle.co.uk for a price and to check your print’s resolution.
Q. What if my pictures are lost in the post when I send them to you?
A. We cannot take responsibilities for prints lost in the post but we suggest you use Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For™ service to minimise the risk.
Q. Do you give a discount for large quantities?
A. Just email us on enquiries@pixelle.co.uk and we will be very happy to give you a quote.
